AC 192 Closure Notice

Here at Animal Clinic 192 we have been deeply honored to be able to care for your pets since
1986. It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the upcoming closing of our clinic due to
the retirement of Drs. Bill and Joy Ackerman.
We (Dr. Bill and Dr. Joy) have both become so very fond of a great many of our patients and
their owners over these many years and will miss you all very much. We love and care for your
pet truly like our very own. Therefore, we have sought to find the best solution we can to
provide for the ongoing needs of both patients and clients.
We also know how beloved our employees (Danny and Nikole) are by so many of you, and we
have worked to find a way for them to continue in the profession they love and be able to
continue to be a part of your pet’s ongoing care. To that end, we have made arrangements for
all of our patient records to be transferred to a brand new, state-of-the-art animal hospital
where Danny and Nikole have been hired and which is slated to open around the first of July.
While the drive may be farther for some of you, it will be less for others, and well worth the time
to be able to continue care where Danny and Nikole are, because they know your pets so well
and your pet knows them. However, should you choose not to go there, your pet’s medical
records will be available there for transfer to a clinic of your choice, even after we close our
doors for the final time. Before that time, you may also call our clinic and provide us with an
email and we can send the records directly to you via an email.
The name of the clinic is Narcoossee Oaks Animal Hospital and it is located at:
1151 Narcoossee Rd.
St. Cloud, FL. 34771
They also have a facebook page if you wish to begin to follow it for updates on their opening
and to get a phone number once it is posted. Dr. Robert Hicks is the founding veterinarian and
is a top-notch doctor whom we have great confidence in to provide skilled, compassionate
care of our very beloved patients.
Again, we want to thank each and every one of you for trusting us to provide medical care for
your most precious furry family members. We will miss you all (pets and people) more than
words can say and will carry many fond memories along with prayers for well-being in our
hearts for all of our lifetime…for from that, we will never retire!
May God bless each and every one,
Dr. Bill and Dr. Joy
